[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — 9662 kajali guest house | |||
Hello, I am Anubhab Biswas I had booked an OYO room today(2/10/2019) around 11:30pm, booking id GBHT6572 and that shows that the cost of the room is rs. 993/-(kajali guest house) (near acropolis). But when I reached here around 1.30pm the receptionist denied to give room with the designated amount mentioned in OYO app and they charged rs1500/- that was really inconvenient. As a customer it is really very harassing.As I had no option I had to check in. I'm herewith attaching of all these documents and hope that you people will look after this as soon as possible. And I'm claiming a refund and apologisation from the OYO organisation. This incident shows how disorganisted the OYO is. Was this information helpful? | |||
