My name is Arpan Thapa. I stayed in oyo life Kolkata, West Bengal .My booking id is : 72561.I checked in there in 1 dec 2019 and checked out on 1jan 2020 due to personal reasons.They took rs 6399 as security deposit. And that should be refunded after i check out but i got only Rs 1796.03 of my security deposit. And when i called the Oyo care they told me they don't have any records .
