Oyo Rooms — A refund of 3555 rs against the booking id HVYF8129

My booking id is HVYF8129. While checking in at oyo townhouse 1047 F9 hotel at Gaziabad I was asked to pay an extra amount of 3555 rs. I immediately contacted the oyo helpline number, the then executive told me to pay the extra amount as it will be refunded by oyo after i check out. on 13/08/2022 i checked in and on 18/08/2022 i checked out. After checking out from the hotel I immediately contacted the oyo support again for the refund. The executive asked me to upload the bill and bank account details which i did. then at 11;59 am on 18/08/2022 i received a mail from oyo helpdesk that the refund has been initiated and will be received within 7-14 days. today is 13/09/2022, almost a month. But i have not received the amount. i have tried calling oyo again, but now they just receive the call, listen to my issue then just put my call on hold and after sometime they cut the call.
