I have booked a property on oyo rooms and after 15 mins I have cancelled it as I mistakenly booked it and paid in advance by googlepay But i didnt received my payment back from the company end till this day... My booking id is Y7YU3732 I have called several times to customer care and every time I told them every details but they said that this is not our department and we are transfering your call And everytime they cancel my call in middle of discussion... I am worry about my refund as I am not finding my cancelled booking listed in my oyo app... They just vanished my cancelled booking details from app... Was this information helpful? No (1) Yes (1)

Aug 03, 2021 Updated by Avinashsharma12 They said they need my bank details but i can't share as it is confidential... I made my payment through google pay so they have to pay me back through gpay... Can't give bank details
