[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — about the worst customer support experience and unresolved issues.

I had booked an Oyo in Bangalore and had been given a discount of Rs. 123 for instant payment. When I reached the hotel I got to know that there was a pending payment for the same amount (Rs. 123).
Then I tried to contact it's customer care which I couldn't after trying to reach the customer care number [protected]
After 2 days i got a call at 2300hrs which I couldn't pick up as it was too late. Next day I tried to contact again where I talked to 3 different people. The first 2 didn't know about the discount Oyo offers for instant payment. One of them claimed to be the senior most member of Oyo and when I asked for a justification for the wrongful pending payment, he didn't speak. I asked him for his name and he said that he won't tell me. Lastly he was scared of me taking an action against him, as I got to know his name, he told me that he'd give me a complementary stay/coupons and cut the call on my face.
The next person also said that I'd solve your problem within 10 minutes but he called me again for being sorry that he couldn't solve my problem and told me that I will have to pay the amount no matter what.
I asked him to make the senior most team if Oyo contact me and he refused.
Now the last option I have is to move to the final destination where I can actually get the answers and justice is the courts.

I really wish I had booked my hotel with some other site except for Oyo as it's not just the issues with the Oyo customer care, but the hotels Oyo has given 4.5 ratings too which don't even have the basic amenities.

I really need to get my problem solved if at all the customer review and their horrible experience matters to them otherwise I'll take this way further in my own way.
It's not just this problem I mentioned but there's 4 more grievances that are there.
