We had gone to Goa along with our family and friends on 14th august. We booked a resort naming Lourdes resort and payed around 6000 rs also for 2 rooms. They had mentioned some 25 kms from Panaji. But we had to travel more than 50 kms and it was in some galli type where even our car couldnt pass properly and when we reached there there is no such resort there. I informed oyo customer care immediately but they said they will give my refund, i called them multiple times but till now i have not received the refund.
