[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — absolutely unprofessional, worst experience

I have booked an oyo in airoli, oyo 36798 mumbai and booking id is pjka9127,

I did opt for an early checkin and had informed the property earlier.

1. The care taker was literally drunk and stinking alcohol morning at 6:30 am.
2. He was sleeping and had no idea of our arrival
3. He did demand only for cash payment and did say they dont accept anything other than cash
4. They start their breakfast at 8:30 am where in most of the business requirements are that we need to reach offices by that time, so breakfast is a big waste
5. Rooms stink, bathrooms too small
6. Tv set top box not recharged at all, its since morning there no tv channels being broadcasted as the propoerty has not recharged their set top box, ridiculous
7. Care taker not polite and does revert back stating, if we want to stay then we do or else, he says us to find some other accomodation
8. No lifts, if there are some heavy luggages, we have to struggle to take them to the room
9. Absolutely not worth, possibly worth paying 500 rs per night., but they charge 2000 rs. Its looting the customers.
