[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — abuse word used by staff at green hills hotel (oyo rooms)

We book four rooms with booking no-lhvu8679 at green hills hotel dalhouise with room no 101, 102, 105, 106 on dated 24th may 2018. We found staff behaviour is very bad. My son demand for 2nd pranthaa in breakfast then someone is there who used abuse word to my soon. He said in hindi sala b... C.. D sara yahi kha k jayga kya... And oyo promise me for a good free breakfast but there is nothing plz rply me as soon as possible. My contact no-[protected].
