I booked AC room at Greater NoIda on 3rd Jun as I had exam on next day.But AC was not working as no power was there and I had to sit under fan in 40c temp..I complained about it, hotel staff was like " light nhi hai to AC nhi chalega" ..I could not find any other place that time as all hotels were full...Due to that hot I could not sleep nd ultimately my exam got spoilt...I will defiantly go to consumer court for such cheating..I tried to reach customer care but their response is pathetic
