[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Accept to refund but not responding now

I had one booking for that i had already paid online while booking, after reaching hotel they charged extra for room and after check out they charged for breakfast but in my booking breakfast was complementary. i mailed the same thing to Oyo with payment proof after that they crossed verified the same many times after that the decided to refund my extra money which had been charged by hotel in wrong way. They said the amount will be sent within 7 to 14 days in your bank account. today is 17th day and they are not responding my mails and calls as well. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
