I have been told to pay additional money by the representative and initiate the refund. And i have done and sent email with the invoice copy. Its been 14days and no response for emails and wantedly they are disconnecting the call. Morethan 50 times i would have called a d they are just hang up the call. This seriously the trick what the follow. I dont understand whats the escalation matrix. They dont refund the amount i know
They cheat the customers by not refunding the amount.
I will take this up to next level to escalate. This is unfair. My booking ID RU6O9923.
Caller says i did not book the room only for 24th. Funniest part is tht i stayed in the smae room by booking from OYO. When i told him. He booked one more hotel on my behalf for today.
