Capital o 353 hotel four boutique for our guests for a family function
I paid rs.3696 in advance for room tariff
At the time of checkout, rs.2094 added for meal plan in bill by oyo which i had not chosed and nor availed for at the hotel.
But had to pay this amount of rs.2094 at checkout as hotel asked us to talk to oyo helpline for this. I however paid it as my guests were leaving the hotel and i did not want to create a scene in their presence.
It was a sunday on 02nd june'19. I called oyo helpline [protected] and registered my complaint. But till date i have not received the refund of excess amount paid by me.
Meanwhile i have called innumerous times on this number to know the status of my complaint but every time they transfer it to some other team where i am put on hold for more than 15 minutes. But the call gets disconnected.
Its almost a month now. I feel i have lost my money and feel cheated. Visited hotel again yesterday but they say they are helpless.
