I booked a hotel in oyo and paid full amount on 22nd June. I booked for the dates 25th to 28th June. After paying the full amount I got msg the next that due to unavoidable circumstances your oyo room has to change please select new hotel.what is this without any proper reason or contacting me how can they shift room then what's the point in select the hotel by looking area and hotel amenities.i booked hotel oyo townhouse ameerpet 1033.now oyo has sent that msg I am not sure where to go there or not this so ridiculous that they are doing this
