Sir jab 24 may ko Raat 10 baje hotel pahuche to pahle Hume Kaha gya ki Aapka room Kisi aur ko allotted Kar diya aur jab OYo customer care se baat ki tab kahne lage ki land sliding ki vajah se aapko dusre hotel me room de rahe hai
Dusre hotel me room Raat ko 10:30 dikhaya lekin room bhi Raat 12 se 1 baje diya aur room's bed and washroom condition is not well MERI booking bhi 3x room ki thi jab ki mujhe chota sa room de diya
Next day early morning humko phir hotel bulaya aur reception par wait Karne ke liye bol diya aur OYo app me hotel walo ne check in dikha Kar room no bhi dhikhane laga. Hotel walo se jab humne Kaha aap check in kaise dikha sakte ho ispar wo chup ho Gaye
Hotel walo ne 10 baje apne hotel me room diye and breakfast me only bread and tea dene par Mene mana Kar Diya jab hotel walo ne breakfast Ka Pura payment liya hai to breakfast menu ke hisab se Hona chahiye
Sir isi vajah breakfast bhi Mene aur my family ne nhi kiya
Is bich Mene oyo customer care se bahut bar baat ki par koi sunwai Nahi ho rahi hai
