[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — agent seated in the call center

Myself abhishek johri called in for the for the query against my booking with booking id i-aiqb9251.
Firstly i had a word with the agent mosin yesterday and told that i will get a early check in if i book that property till 31
He told me that currently you"can get a early check in" after confirming him thrice he told me that we will raise this concern and you will get a early check-in
Today 31.05.2019 when i called agent joy picked up the call and was very bad over the call
He simply denied and was not ready to listen me. He told me that contact hotrl and he provided me the no. Hr was not ready to listen me and he just want yo wrap up the call without giving any solution.
After shouting at him then he told me complete details and after that he was ready to help me.
Then i told him to transfer the call to the supervisor because oyo told me that i will get a early check-in but property owner is denying for the same
While transferring the call he puts my call on hold for 50 minutes. I was waiting to talk to the supervisor but simply waiting..
This is the kind of service you provide to the cx by putting call on a hold for 50 min..
I need serious action to be taken against the agent and want oyo to give me the resolution against my issue
Need a immediate resolution from oyo asap.
