Dear sir,

I have booked hotel thru agoda site with subject request.
My booking as for 13th to 15th november,
Oyo 18981 amber palace mumbai.

When i reached properties, they denied check-in.
I stayed in the same property paying complete amount.
While i already paid thru agoda.

Pls advise how to get my advance money back.
