I had already paid 512 Rs and cancelled the booking by calling the customer care as per their policy and was promised a full refund. I was asked to wait 7-14 days for the same. Its been more than a month now and I still haven't received any refund. I tried calling the customer care and they hang up after putting me on hold for 15 mins. This happened multiple times. This is clearly a SCAM happening by OYO.
