[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Amount charged but room not allocated

I booked 2 rooms in risikesh on 25 june 2017 but when i contact the hotel authority they said they do not have rooms. I contact customer care and they assured me that they will arrange something but after 2 hours no solution was there. After that in hurry i booked another guest house personally and said customer care executive to cancel the booking but they didn't cancel the booking even they did not initiated the refund. What is this i did not get the accomodation as well i did not get my money back. This was horrible experience with oyo. I am ready to pay cancellation charge but my pending money should be refunded. Please refund my amount.
