Hi Team,
I have booked a hotel through Oyo App on 30th October 2021. The payment is successful and the amount got deducted from the PhonePe app. However, no booking id is created in Oyo App.
The PhonePe team has confirmed that the payment is successful to the merchant's bank amount.
Requesting you to look into the issue and refund the debited amount.
