[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — amount deducted for wrong reasons | |
Hi, This is rajiv pratap singh, I have booked the hotel 19-10-18 to 20-10-18 mistakelly. I supposed to book 20-10-18 to 21-10-18. Even i confirmed with hotel as well as oyo room. Oyo, s representatives assured me you will get refundable amount. Even i got cancellation message on21-10-18. But now oyo says me you will not get my refundable amount as cancellation procedure. That is very wrong i didn't stay there also hotel person is saying this is wrong. Please help me to refund my amount 951 as well as my harassment time.
