[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Amount deducted from my account but booking not done

I have booked an OYO 76122 ST RESIDENCY today (30/12/2021) through oyo app.The amount of 992 rs has been deducted from my bank account but booking ID not generated.
Kindly resolve and need my money back.

Updated by Mohammed Thousiff I have booked an OYO 76122 ST RESIDENCY today (30/12/2021)afternoon through oyo app.The amount of 992 rs has been deducted from my bank account but booking ID not generated.
So I filed a complaint against this, but due to the need, I successfully booked another oyo ‘GANAPATHY INN’ now(8.30pm) and the confirmation for this oyo came as soon as amount debited
But By around 9.30pm, the confirmation message for the previously booked OYO(ST residency) is coming, so I have to chose any one oyo and cancel the other.
I thought of taking the ST residency but the amount paid for the GANAPATHY INN OYO IS not refunded.
I booked the second one because of their delay only .So I need the refunded amount of Rs1059 rupees
Hope you will rectify this earlier.
