Hi Team,
On my previous booking made on 18th October, payment was made through UPI. Amount deducted but payment unsuccessful in app.
I had raised the same concern to the customer executive immediately and was promised that they will initiate and process the refund, but till date i didn't hear back from anyone either through message, mail or call also there was no amount credited to my account.
