[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — amount paid in online but hotel staff refused to accept and then amount paid in cash also

I had booked an OYO for 3 night on 23.06.2019 ID UBVS8405 . But then suddenly my booking was modified for one day and again one booking was done for another day which either oyo or property manager have done. Then I contacted your customer care and they sent me a link to pay RS 2538 which I paid online for 3 nights. Now on 25th hotel staff didn't accept it and said that they have not received any amount and I had to pay. Then due to pressure of the staff Ihad to pay again in cash. I am attaching receipt copy and booking ID details which I received at the starting.Kindly refund my online amount since I had paid them in cash as they said that they have not received any payment. I have faced so many problems in this booking and now due to this problem I had to change my hotel as I was going to extend my booking for more days. Kindly refund my amount as you can see that I have paid twice for booking.
