I booked room in oyo hotel orbit inn on 21st may through oyo app. My booking ID is ZRVC1048. But at checkin property manager told that he cannot give room at such low price and I had to pay extra money. So apart from 522₹ which I paid on app, he took extra 878₹. I tried to contact oyo customer service but I was not able to connect. As I was travelling from a long journey, I had to pay extra money. I am sharing screenshot of payment done by me. Kindly refund my extra amount which I paid which is not acceptable as I have already paid on app.
