[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Asking extra money after paying full in oyo online

In oyo rooms I have booked room for 3 days for check in on[protected] with booking ID- O3E20792 after confirmed by calling customer care; when I called to hotel directly; they are denying to give room for the price mentioned in oyo which I paid; They are asking extra 1000 rupees; when I called to customer care of oyo they are keeping my phone call on hold for almost half an hour saying that we will looking into your problem; and after half an hour call is getting disconnected; please resolve issue; hotel is not accepting my check in even after I paid full amount as customer care mentioned
