I booked 3 rooms in hotel nayapalli bhubaneswar(oyo room bani international)at evening 6:50 pm.the oyo representative took full payment online and i also recieved a confirmation message .
however on reaching to the hotel the hotel denied us check in and said they have informed the oyo headquarters .we did not recieve any message regarding any such instances.

the hotel said they cannot cancell the booking from their side and we tried to cancel/relocate us from oyo help desk but they kept us on hold for 10-15 times but could not help us
we have been requesting for a refund but still they are disconnecting the calls or keeping us on long hold calls.

        I booked and paid on 7th june 2022 and on 8th June 2022 i requested for a refund amount of ₹1262. The oyo app showing the refund successful but the money is not credited to my account. I need my money back i want to book other hotel immediately.

        in oyo rooms I have booked room for 3 days for check in on[protected] with booking ID- O3E20792 after confirmed by calling customer care; when I called to hotel directly; they are denying to give room for the price mentioned in oyo which I paid; They are asking extra 1000 rupees; when I called to customer care of oyo they are keeping my phone call on hold for almost half an hour saying that we will looking into your problem; and after half an hour call is getting disconnected; please resolve issue; hotel is not accepting my check in even after I paid full amount as customer care mentioned

          I booked 2 rooms in From oyo app and they provided Ac rooms at the cost Rs.1057 but when I reached the hotel the person told that we don't have Ac rooms in 500 and you have to pay extra for that...is it ethical and the customers support also don't help when needed.

            I paid Rs. 736 towards my booking using my credit card, but the payment is being shown as failure. The money has been deducted, the second time I tried using my UPI and it was successful.I wasnt to get refund for my first payment.

              I Booked a Room in Tirupati using the Oyo Rooms app. I selected Oyo 82449 - Hotel Srinivasa Residency. Just after a few minutes of booking, I got a call from the Manager of Hotel Srinivasa Residency, that you can go to our second property which is 5-6 km away from the property you have booked, as we have no parking space, Wifi, and TV. I said, I will manage without these but I can't go to another property as I am new to Tirupati, I denied on call, that I will go to only that property for which I have booked the room. Then, when I reached Hotel Srinivasa Residency - Oyo 82449, the Manager forced me to go to his second property only, I didn't provide any ID proof to him and went from there to book any other hotel as I was completely frustrated with him and OYO. I then called the OYO customer service team about this whole issue, customer service representative from OYO told me that my booking has been marked as Checked in, I was surprised how the manager of the hotel can do this, without my ID proof, I told him to check the ID proof of mine if I have submitted to the hotel, they took the manager of the Hotel on a conference call and said why you are doing this, and show the ID proof, but the manager was not able to do so, and then the customer care representative promised me that I will receive the refund. I booked the property (Booking ID: SKGG9494) on 22nd May 2022 with Rs. 1506, and today is 9th June 2022, but I have not received any refund from OYO. I called them multiple times, but they are not responding, only sales persons can be connected there on IVR, no service persons are there to help, there is no email callback from OYO.

                I had book a room through oyo apps and pay online 394 rs on 2 june 2022 and when i reached at hotel they ask me for how much amount i paid when i said 394 then they did not allowed me to check in and when i tell them that my booking is confirm through oyo then they said we have no link with oyo and these no rooms in 394 they ask 1000 rs for stay and when i disagree then they behave so much rudely . i had face so much problem in this hot summer with my partner and then i had book a room in 900 in other hotel that loss my money and time as well

                    I recently booked a hotel (OYO 12235 Hotel Bliss Continental) on Oyo and cancelled it the same day, well before the 100% refund deadline day. The refund status is showing as “Successful” but it is still not reflecting in my account. I made a payment of Rs. 1173 for booking and the amount has not credited yet.
                    Please help as I need to make another booking soon.

                      I was desperate and in need of a room so I chose another location and booked a room from 31st May 2022 till 3rd June 2022 at
                      TOWNHOUSE 978 SHIVAM GUEST HOUSE
                      D-112, Josip broz Tito Marg, Hauz Khas Tehsil, South Delhi, Delhi
                      ID no….DBM21153
                      They again asked me to pay online for a good discount so I fell for it and paid 2265/- ( till then I was under the impression that my South extension cancellation would be completely refunded so I didn't hesitate to pay again).
                      This time before going there I chose to call them first, so on call they checked and confirmed the booking but refused to provide the room as they were not ok with the tariff Oyo app booked that room on.
                      They said it's half the money we charge so you have to pay another 2265/- at the time of checking in…
                      I was not ok with this so I told him to cancel the booking if he is not ok with the tariff.He promised he is going to cancel the booking right away.So I waited for a while but no action was been taken so I had to cancel it at my end and then guess what they kept entire 2265/- no money has been refunded….

                      I swear I would recommend everyone to BOYCOTT this app….pathetic seriously pathetic experience….

                        I booked the hotel while traveling through railway but due to network issue somehow payment got unsuccessful but amount from my slice credit card got deducted and my booking got on hold than i leave it as it is and file the dispute on my slice app they investigate the matter and come to the conclusion that amount has been settled with the merchant so contact to respected merchant but i couldn't find any booking id on oyo that is why no option left for me to file compliment so iam filing it here i need my money back haven't used the hotel devi residency's service so why i will pay please investigate the matter asap
                        Also i filed a complaint already still unable to process it as unable to share contact details

                          On 2nd june 2022 i booked hotel saffron inn new delhi via oyo app, booking id - GDK69349, amount - 476/- which i paid online. Then i went to hotel, their manager told that we won't accept this amount if you want to stay you have to pay extra 700/- . So i called oyo customer care and they told that you pay extra amount to hotel and send us receipt via email, we will refund your money ( i have call recording of this) . So i trusted her and paid extra money(700/-) to hotel and stayed. Later i emailed the receipt of extra payment to oyo support but after 4 days I didn't receive any reply from them. Then i tried calling customer care but everytime i call they will tell give us a minute we will look and then they put call on hold for hours and disconnect later. Many times i called but everytime same thing happens. Now i am struggling for refund

                              I was overcharged at the hotel, as the hotel manager was saying that there's some tariff issue and you have to pay rs.911 more for check in, as it was a harsh summer day I decided to pay more rather than going out and finding another hotel. But after checking into the room I was shocked.. the hotel room was small and dirty, no chairs, walls were black and dirty, expensive and 3rd class food. Etc.
                              And after messaging OYO services about overcharge and room quality issue they asked me to call on this no.[protected] and oh boy! What a mess their service is. First they told me that I'm 100% eligible for the refund as there was nothing found like tariff issue or such then OYO sent me an email asking me for my bank details, after sharing so, they kept my issue aside and never responded and after calling them, my call gets transferred again and again and again and finally gets disconnected automatically but they never connected me to their technical team. I've called them for like 56 times and still got no luck . It's already been more than a month and I still haven't got my refund back.

                              This mail is to inform you that I’ve booked one room through the Oyo app and the hotel executive denied the checkin on-premises. This was an incredible experience that I faced due to Oyo. I’ll escalate this issue to the highest level. I haven’t gotten my refund since 26th august I’ve tried to contact customer support multiple times but every time they cut the call in between. I need my money back immediately. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                I made a booking on the 20th May, 2022 through OYO app for Hotel Ambika Grand where i was denied check-in . Oyo Helpline offered me refund but it has now been more than 16 days and i have still not received the money. Oyo Customer Care is ignoring my queries and i am cheated and is clearly foul play from Oyo.

                                It will soon be 20 days since the refund was initiated. There is no issue to resolve here. All that Oyo had to do was send me my money which they are not willing to do. Anybody reading this, this is the biggest high profile company fraud i have suffered from till date. My number is [protected]. If Oyo really cares, Call me if you have any moral value instead of your emails filled with lies. THIEVES!. No man on earth has lived upto the wishes of his guardians with such foul ways of earning. Your so called founder wont too.

                                  I booked 2 OYO Rooms on 4th June around 5:18pm. I called OYO customer support to book these rooms. Customer support asked me to pay Rs 1398 for the booking in advance. I paid the same. Later my plan got changed & decided to cancel the booking. As the booking was not getting shown in the app, I called customer care multiple time to cancel the booking or help me to cancel that, but I didn't get any help.

                                    I had done OYO Rooms Booking for the Site Visit at Suart dated Feb 14, 2022 to Feg 14, 2022.
                                    Booking ID :- TO2L6882

                                    As per mentioned in oyo online portal under booking but they have not provide me invoice Continuously trying to talk with oyo customer care but there is no option available to talk to an executive (BPO). People from hotel refuse to give me invoice because we are not walkin customers and payment/booking done through OYO App. So, my company now not reimburse the above amount as oyo have mentioned in payment receipt invoice collect from hotel at time of checkout. Very frustrating situation to me... please resolve my problem asap.

                                      I had booked OYO 16002 hotel shaan on 3 june 2022 (booking ID - DS7O4866). I paid total amount 811 rupee for it online. but due to emergency i cancelled booking before check in. I received 405 Rupee only. Remaining amount deducted in cancellation charges. But according to your company policy If I cancel booking before check in no cancellation amount will charge. when will i get my remaining refund. I called your customer care many times. but did not not get positive response from your side.

                                      I had received call from oyo team. They mailed me for sending account details so that they can refund money. I mailed my account details to oyo team. But I did not get refund until now.
