I Booked a Room in Tirupati using the Oyo Rooms app. I selected Oyo 82449 - Hotel Srinivasa Residency. Just after a few minutes of booking, I got a call from the Manager of Hotel Srinivasa Residency, that you can go to our second property which is 5-6 km away from the property you have booked, as we have no parking space, Wifi, and TV. I said, I will manage without these but I can't go to another property as I am new to Tirupati, I denied on call, that I will go to only that property for which I have booked the room. Then, when I reached Hotel Srinivasa Residency - Oyo 82449, the Manager forced me to go to his second property only, I didn't provide any ID proof to him and went from there to book any other hotel as I was completely frustrated with him and OYO. I then called the OYO customer service team about this whole issue, customer service representative from OYO told me that my booking has been marked as Checked in, I was surprised how the manager of the hotel can do this, without my ID proof, I told him to check the ID proof of mine if I have submitted to the hotel, they took the manager of the Hotel on a conference call and said why you are doing this, and show the ID proof, but the manager was not able to do so, and then the customer care representative promised me that I will receive the refund. I booked the property (Booking ID: SKGG9494) on 22nd May 2022 with Rs. 1506, and today is 9th June 2022, but I have not received any refund from OYO. I called them multiple times, but they are not responding, only sales persons can be connected there on IVR, no service persons are there to help, there is no email callback from OYO.
