I am staying in oyo flagship 23252.

We have experienced a very unsatisfactory stay at this Oyo.
Firstly we had a good look at the menu when we saw South Indian wasn't there,
we went ahead and ordered it online.
When the food arrived the front desk did not allow.
He said that we will be charged extra for the food. We said that the food was not in the menu after an argument he allowed it so, we brought the food in our room and requested for a plate and spoon, again the person said that
we shall be charged 100 for the cutlery.
It was outrageous we called in the Agl/agm Puspraj and asked his regarding the rules, he agreed that if the food was not available then we could order it online.
After a minute or so we received a call on the room landline from mr. Ankit from front desk.
Mr. Ankit then said to us in a very unpleasant and rude manner that for such small amount bookings he will not tolerate escalations, he said that it doesn't matter who we talk to nothing will happen as the ground officer was his friend (Pushpraj)
He asked us to leave the property immediately.
We had words with customer care regarding the same (Raju & Kunal) but they people denied for any help because of Mr. Pushpraj.
Property manager Mr.Ankit was very disrespectful & rude.
This was a very very bad experience i have suffered in Oyo this is basically a harassment we did face.
