My booking I'd AEBZ2183
I booked Oyo 79252 for 2 days on 22.11.21
I recieved a what's app message as your booking confirmed after that I didn't even opened my Oyo app
After I reached hotel shocked seeing that my booking got cancelled in last minute
After I got chat with Oyo customer care he is saying that I cancelled by myself after 9 am so there won't be refund. note :this is not first time happened already after I called customer care they saying that it may be bcz of technical issues .I want my 100 % refund nothing more than that.
I don't think this is fair to pay my money for your technical issues also i don't even received single notification regarding cancellation nd also i don't even modified booking .this thing need to be resolved as soon possible also i want my back .
