[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Bad behaviour of owner | |||
I stayed at impact (Oyo rooms) 1/73, vikrant khand lucknow. It was horrible experience with this hotel. No room service No drinking water Management has forcibly taken rs 2650 and electricity charges of rs 4000 from me as i was outsider. Rs 2650 for thier faulty machine which got damaged due to voltage fluctuations while they blamed that this has happened due to customer fault. A gold chain worth rs 30000 stolen but hotel has no evidence of cctv. This is unfortunate that they held me kind of refuge and forced me to pay the money. I had no choice but to pay as my flight was at 3:10 pm. Was this information helpful? | |||
