Hi, my name is tarandeep singh i have made a booking on oyoapp on 15th june which was prepaid 940rs and the booking id is “M2PK2180” and oyo name is “collection 0 79356 Mahavir enclave “ but when my friend reached the oyo before they told him they got no amount showing in application and you need to pay it so my friend paid the amount and they told that you will get the refund but now its been more than 10days and i have wasted more than 2hours on customer care they are not supportive . Raised a complaint more than 10times emailed them but got no response . So kindly help me out.
