[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — basic amenities not available | |||
Even after so many follow up i am still facing wi-fi problem, the signal strength is too weak to get the connection here in my room. I requested hotel staffs and customer officer hitesh over the phone, but all in vain. This is my first oyo rooms booking and 2nd day in this hotel and may be the last as well. Please let me know the criteria to meet flagship expectation. You people can’t provide a basic amenity to customers how do you expect your business to grow!!
