I still have not been given a refund. They have not tried calling or emailing me and have hung up on me multiple times. They state the reason as being I stayed over 2 hours which is a flat out lie. It was a terrible ordeal and I want this to be resolved ASAP. It should not take this long in order to receive the $33 that I am owed. Your company should be ashamed of itself for what you have put me through, for not only that night I was forced out by disgusting blood sucking bed bugs but for the communication between us. This is not right!
