Oyo Rooms — Beggarly treatment of guest poor room facilities and charging excessive amount

Dear Sir, Madam, I am writing regarding my stay in hotel collection O 77415 Shankar Hotel, which was not satisfactory, due to incorrect information and poor facilities provided by the staff. The price which were showing in oyo app was not there and they were charging some excessive amount from the guest and the most important point is the facilities which were provided by the hotel was very poor. Rooms are not clean bathroom was smelling badly and messy and there were many stains in bedsheet and there was no wifi but they charge all the money for providing their facilities
So please take a look at the hotel and get my refund..
