My booking was done under ID xfzr4025 and at the time of check in the hotel did not verify whether I had booked from oyo even though an oyo device with my details was there. I assumed that it was done until I checked and found out that nothing was done and I was entered as a normal Guest. While booking I had informed that I would be checking in early and was ready to pay the charge of 30% or Rs 500 whichever was greater. When I informed this to the hotel manager I was told that I would be required to pay a full days tarrif. When I contacted [protected] I was on call with the executive for around 20mins after which I was informed that a senior would speak to me. I was then put on hold for going on 20 additional mins as I typing this message waiting for a senior to come on line. It's the WORST KIND OF SERVICE I have ever experienced. PATHETIC. Last booking through OYO ever. You can count on it.
