I have booked a hotel stay in Pune Viman nagar Hote RVC Hospitality for 7 days.
Booking ID was: YQ9R7031 for 5 days(through OYO phone booking) and rest 2 days extension of the same room from hotel.
I called customer care and send mails to the support team.
I did not get any mail response from the team and customer care interaction is very painful . They note down the issue and ask me to stay on hold for 2 mints, but they keep me hold on more than 15mints and ending the call from their end. This issue is being faced for every customer care call.
Still I didn't receive the tax bill for my stay or response for my mails.
I have taken a tax bill from the hotel and company is not accepting the hotel bill. Hotel team is not providing the bill with OYO booking ID and they have their own booking ID for 7 days stay.
I would like to get the support from the OYO on this issue.
