I am trying since morning, no on at OYO has helped. They all have refused. How can you run a company, allow people to book rooms, and not provide bills?
I am not talking of payment receipts.
I want a proper bill.

I need invoice bill, been calling to customer care from last 2 days, almost 12 calls made but still no response, every call have heard that sorry for the inconvenience but no action.

Promises made by each executive that bill will be send to email.id but not yet.

I am really frustrated with this team and service.
