Oyo Rooms — Book Room cancel due to rise in PRICE

I have Booked Room & Made Full payment in Advance on 14th July.

But i got call on 21st July to cancel the booking - MY Hotel Room was booked from 23th to 24th July - 2 Rooms.

I am calling to customer care - i got reply that APP is not working and Rate was not updated. So now price has been raised - you need to rebook hotel with new price and cancel current booking.

Its OYO mistake - they need to check before confirmation.

Kindly note - I will not able to cancel this both Booking Id: Q3F25036, Booking Id: PPCJ9504. I have already Booked cabs - Request you to check with hotel and manage to confirm our 2 rooms..

Kindly do need full - before 22nd July 2022 before 12:00PM..

Also find attached confirmation received after payment.
