I booked Oyo townhouse 893 The circle Rajapark on 18/06/2022. At 01:54 PM Booking ID: V0XT2065 and reached the location within 5 minutes. But I was unable to find the hotel at the specified location. I also tried to ask vendors around the location about the hotel but was informed that there is no such hotel present. So, I tried to contact the property owner on the number available on the application but the number was invalid. After that I contacted the oyo chat support and informed about the about situation and was presented with two option to either shift or cancel the booking at 2:18 PM. I choose to cancel the booking. As soon as the cancellation was initiated, I got a message that the refunded amount will be ₹0 (I had already paid the charges for hotel while booking via app). I then contacted the customer care for refunding the amount as The hotel does not exist at the location and hence I did stay there and therefore I should not be charged for the same. But I did not get proper respite from support team. They are just disconnecting the call again again after listening to the issue.
I am requesting a proper response for my complaint and refund of my hard earned money as it got completely wasted. I never expected such service from Oyo Hotels. Was this information helpful? |
