The hotel room was booked for my parents who are senior citizens. On reaching the hotel, they were harassed saying that the booked has been given for a marriage party and they will have to pay extra Rs.500 to get a room. As they were tired after travelling and helpless they had to agree to this. If they had given our chosen room to someone else without our permission, why should we be charged?
