[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — booked hotel taken extra money. no help received from customer care

Ref.: PNR : [protected] (OYO 36984 - Hotel View Point)

I have paid Rs.902/- against my booking dated 26/10/2019. Hotel representative / owner honored my booking after getting Rs.902/-. Hotel was not cleaned, no service facilities, like hot water, wifi, room service, just given non hygienic and unhealthy room to us.

Your customer care recommended a hotel far away from the hotel booked earlier and we have bound to stay in earlier booked hotel "OYO 36984 - Hotel View Point".

A reputed company like yours, this type of negligence and fake service is not acceptable to us.
