Oyo Rooms — Booked room From Oyo but rooms was not available.

I booked room on 4th Nov by oyo apps and When I contact to hotel they said online rooms are sold out. We will not allow to give you stay. Then they told me to cancel the booking. After that I called customer care number for help they said me i Will get my refund amount and I have to update My Bank account details on upcoming email from Oyo. I waited till today but till now I not received any mail on Even any call. Again I called to customer care they just put me on hold and giving me proper solution.

I just want my full my amount of refund as soon as possible unless I gonna do FIR.
