Hi,
I booked the Arma residency, and they have given us the different room, too small, very very ordinery. whatever shown in picture, it was not given and when i raised a concern with OYO team on last 21st october, they replied me with below mail: committed me to return few amounts, after couple of followup/call, till now they did not do it and always bluff with same email format and contents. below is their first reply:

We have worked on the concern you have faced, you will get the refund of 763 INR with in 7-14 working days.

If you have a further issue kindly contact us on our helpline [protected].

Going forward, we assure you the best services. Please give us the opportunity to host you again to showcase the OYO promise in the future.

Post this email you will be receiving another email asking for your feedback basis the resolution provided by our executive.

How much shameless you guys are as well how much practice you do to bluff with customers?? My booking I'd, AEIH5178. you will get all the details including your false nd bluffing commitment to me in our couple of email communications. However as I see Arma residency is not tieing up now with you and they hv changed their vendors. Hope instead of cheating customers with false commitment, you should stop your shop or try to practice a bit loya nd genuine.
