I booked a room at oyo 29864 pearl inn on 7 july 2019 and also paid ₹470 online to oyo for booking. When i reached that hotel the owner denied my check-in. When i told him that i already paid online then he said talk to oyo and get refund. So i called oyo then they told me that your escalation is generated and you will get your money back. But now its 21 july 2019 still i don't get my money back. Please help me in getting my refund.
