Oyo Rooms — Booking Auto modified unable to check in

My booking Id is TX4H2670. I have booked a super deluxe room in OYO 2984 Hotel Sun City for the period 15/12/2022 to 17/12/2022. I booked the room for 3 adult. Oyo also confirmed the same via mail dated 14/12/2022.
But unfortunately while check in the hotel we are not allowed to check in for three people. I talked with Oyo customer care representative Ticket ID [protected]. Talked atleast for a hour to resolve the issue multiple time call disconnected.
Neither I am able to check in with my guest nor I can cancel the booking.
