Oyo Rooms — Booking Cancelled and refund not completed

Hi,
I have booked the OYO rooms thru OYO app and cancelled the booking because they shifted my booking to another hotel. It is almost 3 weeks and I have not received my refund yet.

OYO Rooms Customer Care's response Hi, as checked for booking id GHVV2542 refund Amount INR 5664/- is in processing since 04/01/2022. Further it will take 7-14 working days to reflect the same into your account.

Updated by vishnu88tiwari Its almost 20 days when it is initiated and also 14 working days crossed. Every 5 mins new agen is joining the chat room and conversation starting from the beginning. worst service.

Its almost 20 days back initiated and hope 14 working days also crossed. Such a pathetic and worst process. Every time new agent come to the chat room and start the chatting from the beginning.
