[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — booking cancelled by oyo

Oyo customer care do not help customers at all. they themselves decides and cancels listing of few properties even after customers have already booked before and then ensures that users will get any property in the same price but after everything, they say customer have to pay more after calling them continuously for 12hrs. they places the call and disconnects, the agents, the escalation team and the complaint team too. an agent even used abusive word and disconnects. I am calling since 24hrs now but no help at all

They did not take any step at all. They did not even contact me and marked it as resolved. NO RESOLUTION AT ALL

In the morning I got a call from OYO name told was ANKUR,
He called me up to tell me some issues regarding my booking for OYO 17384 EASTERN GROOVE Dt 6th aug to 10th. When asked he replied, some time up issues and my booking should be reallocated to a different hotel. I asked him for few options, he gave some which did not fulfill my criteria. I then asked him for an availability at OYO 29004 ELGIN RETREAT, for the given dates. To which he said yes and my booking was confirmed. I even asked him about any additional tariff if I must pay as my previous booking was already booked and paid in advance. To which he replied I dont need to pay anything, as it is a problem from ur end and the booking will be confirmed. Later when I checked my booking status it was a different hotel (Hotel Nakshtra) I did tell him not to do this as it doesn't full fill my criteria.
While raising a concern about the wrong hotel booking I managed to see the booking for Hotel Nakshtra got cancelled and a fresh booking was made for OYO 29004 ELGIN RETREAT. To which I have to make a payment of 5202 again.

My point is I didn't cancel any booking, I paid for the booking I did. All sorted and done. I will get a call from ur incompetent staff following a problem from your side not mine, modify my booking with the options I didn't choose and then cancel it according to his will also ask payment from me for the booking I didn't do, and to get a resolution I will have to spend an entire day to talk to ur representative and get it resolved. What's the point in booking with OYO and getting in a fuss.

Anyway I also had a talk with Ruchika one o[censored]r other representative who said and will resolve the above issue and get back to me with an confirmation email within 30mins which is still pending. I seriously need a resolution for this matter asap.
And i[censored] guys need extra charge for such following issues please mention in ur app with a disclaimer. This sort of fuss is highly unprofessional. Please look into this matter asap.

P.S
And please do me a favor don't ask ANKUR or such representatives to call customers and harass them when they are confused themselves. And seriously have no clue of what they are doing.

They did not even bother to contact me or do anything about it and resolved my query. THEY ARE FRAUDS LOOTING EVERYONE
