[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — booking cancelled even after notifying on call 3 times to not cancel the booking

My booking in hotel r inn allahabad from 14 december 2018 to 16 december 2018 was cancelled, even after i called customer care 3 times for notifying that i'll be reaching hotel, so don't cancel the booking. I had to stay on bus stop for one night and had to take a hotel at 3 times the charge due to tariff because oyo cancelled my booking even after being assured by the customer care executives that my booking will not be cancelled. After cancelling the booking when i asked to give me another room they didn't.
