On 9th Dec, 2021 booked OYO 76488 Hotel Implex Residency for Checkin Date 11 Dec 2021 and Checkout Date 13 Dec 2021. This booking was done through Oyo app and amount was also paid.
On 11th Dec 2021, at 1 pm we reached the hotel and they told us that all the rooms are full even if out booking is confirmed. We called Oyo Customer Service but they were of no help. We called Customer Executive and they told us to take the Hotel Executive on call. As all Oyo Customer Calls are recorded, it can be given ad proof that we were denied Checkin even if Booking was Confirm. We did request for refund.
We did mail at [protected]@oyorooms.com about this scenario and initiation of refund. But they amount was not refunded. On 12th Dec 2021 after raising issue on the mail we received a No Show mail.
This is harassment and full amount needs to get refund as we were not at fault.
