I recently booked an oyo for 3 nights and paid 4, 646 online through paytm.
The payment was successful, but in the oyo app, it shows booking failed.
I didn't get any booking id also. When i checked with paytm, they said payment is success from their end and it's an issue at oyo side. Now, the money is deducted and my booking is still not completed. And there's no
easy way to connect with your support, unless you have a booking id, which in my case, i didn't get. So i contacted ([protected]), and they said there's a booking in my number, but it's showing payment processing, and told me to wait. Please resolve this asap, and confirm my booking.
