Oyo Rooms — Booking failed but payment debited from bank account

Hi,
I have made a payment of Rs 1, 342/- to oyorooms from the UPI ID pay.frosti.[protected]@okicici on 09-03-23. The UPI transaction reference number is[protected]. But booking not showing in mobile app.
Please help me in refunding the amount at earliest.
